The Navarrete Law firm was founded in 1974 by Jose Navarrete, Esq. Jose Navarrete was the first exiled Cuban-American admitted to the N.J. Bar. Previous to being admitted, Jose Navarrete, Esq. worked on the defense side as a claims adjuster at State Farm. His knowledge of the insurance industry gave him the upper hand when it came to representing injured plaintiffs. His children and grandchildren have been trained with the benefit of that knowledge.

Our practice was 100% personal injury until 1991. Since then our practice has expanded to representing clients in not only all types of accidents, but also social security disability, sexual harassment in the workplace, discrimination in the workplace, family law , municipal court and criminal cases.
